It helps property seekers find suitable accommodations based on location and availability, while providing property owners an advertising platform to showcase their listings.Viduthii is not a booking platform — all arrangements are made directly between users and property owners.

Yes. Browsing, searching, and viewing property listings on Viduthii is completely free for users. Property owners and advertisers, however, need an active subscription plan to list and promote their properties on the Platform.

Property owners can choose from available subscription plans (Basic, Standard, or Premium) on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are securely processed through PayU, an RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway.Accepted methods include Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and EMI. Subscriptions auto-renew each cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once activated. Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases such as duplicate charges due to a PayU gateway error or a technical failure solely caused by Viduthii.Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the charge date with your PayU transaction reference number. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source within 7–10 business days via PayU.

No. Viduthii does not independently inspect, verify, or certify any property listed on the Platform. All listing details — including pricing, amenities, images, and availability — are submitted directly by property owners.Users are strongly advised to independently verify all information and conduct their own due diligence directly with the property owner before making any commitment or payment.
